To save a file, right click on the link and select Save Target As from the
menu that pops up
   To make any of Justin Germino's Excel Generators work:
Open microsoft excel, click on tools >> add-ins,
check mark Analysis toolpack & Analysis toolpack-VBA, click ok
Now the generators should function as designed.

This is the pack of all 28 of the excel generators I have created, just follow the above instructions once to turn on the function in excel.
If you have not seen these generators, and you have Excel, then you have to see these.
The following Generators are included in the pack:
Adventure- generates tavern, local, and grand adventures
Art Object- generates the type and value of art objects
Attribute- generates up to 10 columns of attributes and shows totals.
Character Background- generates character backgrounds based off of the Hero Builder's Guidebook tables. MUST SEE!!
Combat Critical Failure- generates a melee or missile attack failure
Combat Experience - calculates experience for CR encounters & serves as a combat planner
Combat Critical Wound- Calculates where a creature or humanoid gets hit and what critical effect occurs
Creating Magical Items- Uses custom rules to calculate the success of creating magical items
Equipment Damage- generates damage to weapons and armor as a result of combat
Gem Type - Now calculates size, cut, and types of gems.
Healing & Herbalism - uses custom rules to generate various herbs that either provide healing (via the healing proficiency, or poisons via the herbalism proficiency)
Martial Arts Moves Name Generator - generates hundreds of names for martial arts moves that your monk might perform.
Magical Item - generates mundane, minor, medium or major magical items, includes psionic and Magic of Faerun Items.
Monthly Weather - calculates a whole months worth of temperatures and weather.
NPC Description - Generates full descriptions for any NPC (Excellent, MUST SEE!)
Prandria Encounter - Generates thousands of different types of encounters for all different regions
Random Curse - generates minor or major curses
Random Encounter - generates encounter based on terrain type, thousands of possible encounters
Random Name - determines a non human character name using tables from dragon magazines, now includes over 5000 human names!
Random NPC - generates any level, class, race (30 races!), includes routine equipment and skills
Random Town Stats - Generates town information based on town type.
Random Treasure - 2 types of treasure generation, my own custom and the standard DMG.
Spell - UPDATED!- generates spell lists for all classes, includes all spells from many sources.
Tavern Generator- includes menu's, drinks,
features, prices...etc.
Town Equipment - Generates what equipment is available in town, fairly general no specifics.
Town Establishment Name - generates Tavern, Smithy, Library and any other facility name. MUST SEE!!
Trap Generator - generates magical and nonmagical traps based on 3 difficulty categories.
Wild Surge Table - generates the effects of an arcane spell failure or wild surge.

Both of these freeware
programs include equiptment from the PHB, DMG, Sword & Fist, & the Psionics
Handbook. The data files are just plain text files as well, so users
can easily customize them to suit their own campaign settings.
An MS Excel 2000 spreadsheet that allows anyone to create encounter tables in minutes.
Includes all the monsters and subtypes from the MM and the informatuion from the Wilderness
Encounters table in the DMG.
